My name is Heather and I run a sourdough cottage bakery from my home built on love, patience, and the magic of fermentation. ​ What started off as curiosity, quickly became a passion and deep appreciation for the art of sourdough ---- its unpredictability, simplicity and its ability to bring people together. Each loaf baked is truly a labor of love, made with carefully nurtured ingredients and an obsession with that perfect crust and crumb.  ​ I believe in slowing down and embracing the process, whether it's watching the dough rise or sharing a slice of fresh bread with loved ones.
